Majesty House Shinjukugyoen Park Nade (pictured), a freehold condominium complex located near Tokyo’s historical garden Shinjuku Gyoen will be showcased this weekend at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.

Developed by PanaHome Corporation, the real estate development arm of Panasonic, the property comprises 195 condo units measuring 538 sq ft to 1,183 sq ft. Prices range from 53.9 million yen (S$665,432) to 177 million yen (S$2.2 million).

The nearby Shinjuku Gyoen is the biggest garden in Japan’s landscaping history. Created around 100 years ago as a national symbol, Shinjuku Gyoen spans 58.3ha and is 3.5km in circumference. The site was formerly reserved for royalty and is known for its changing seasonal landscape, particularly the iconic cherry blossoms. To preserve the town’s landscape, an ordinance was passed designating Shinjuku Gyoen a special ward of Tokyo and making it the perfect area to reside.

Strategically located, Majesty House Shinjukugyoen Park Nade is only 11 minutes from Tokyo Station, 15 minutes to Otemachi Station and four minutes to Ropponggi Station. It also offers direct connectivity to all major inner-city hotspots.

Majesty House Shinjukugyoen Park Nade also provides first-hand access to Tokyo’s world-class urban culture, with fashion and art town Aoyama and Meijijingu Gaien, home to Japan’s National Stadium on its doorstep. It is also within proximity to Japan’s famous “Shinjuku” entertainment district and the State Guest House.

Majesty House Shinjukugyoen Park Nade is set to be completed in February 2014.
