SG SkySuites@Anson to offer units from S$968,000

Allgreen Properties will launch the 72-storey SkySuites@Anson this weekend at its showflat along Peck Seah Street, according Knight Frank, the project’s sole marketing agent.

Strategically located at Enggor Street, the development has a site area of 30,011.1 sq ft and comprises 360 units of one-, to three-bedroom residences that features fully concealable designer kitchens and come with carpark lots. Unit sizes range between 365 sq ft and 1,140 sq ft while prices start from S$968,000.

The development is within the vicinity of various entertainment and leisure amenities such as Clarke Quay, Marina Bay Sands, the new Arts District and Sentosa. It also comes with private club facilities on four Sky Terraces including a 360 Degrees sky deck on Level 72, which showcases the panoramic views of the CBD area.

Meanwhile, Eugene Lim, Associate Director of Residential Knight Frank, noted that new one- and two-bedroom houses in Tanjong Pagar are currently going for S$1.3 to S$1.8 million and S$1.8 to S$2.4 million respectively.

“Comparatively, a one bedroom unit in the secondary market in the same area is priced on average between S$1.2 to S$1.3 million. Investors can also see an attractive yield of up to four percent.
