The subject property has a total strata area of 8,514 sq ft and comprises six strata units ranging in size from about 990 to 1,776 sq ft.
Interested parties can bid for individual units or the entire level at an indicative price of S$21.3 million, which translates to S$2,500 psf on the total strata area.
Offered on a 999-year lease, the site offers easy accessibility to the central business district and is close to City Hall MRT Interchange and the upcoming Capitol integrated development.
