SG Cambridge buying Bukit Merah facility

Cambridge Industrial Trust Management (CITM) is in the process of acquiring a purpose-built warehouse cum light industrial building at Bukit Merah Industrial Estate, according to media reports.

CITM announced on Monday that the six-storey facility along Hoy Fatt Road is being purchased for S$32 million.  

Dubbed 11 Chang Charn Road (pictured), the leasehold property has a gross floor area of around 9,062 sq m and a remaining land tenure of approximately 43 years.

The conditional sale and purchase agreement was signed last Friday between Cambridge Industrial Trust’s trustee RBC Investor Services Trust Singapore and Shriro Property (Singapore).
