Buyers looking for a seafront property will be heading east this weekend for the launch of Vue 8 Residence at Pasir Ris.
The 463-unit condominium development, on Pasir Ris Drive 3, is expected to fetch prices between S$900 and S$1,200 psf.
SLP International has been appointed the sole marketing agency of the project, launched by Capital Development and ZACD Investments, developers of the Flo Residence at Punggol.
The project developer is listed as Publique Realty (Pasir Ris).
SLP Assistant Marketing Manager Serene Tan said the project offered value compared to similar developments on the east or west coasts.
"You could probably find a cheaper unit if you bought a roadside unit but for this style of development, with pool views and sea views, it is as good as it gets," Tan said.
She said the design, by Swan & Maclaren architects, meant almost all units had a view of either the sea or the pool, or both.
Vue 8 Residence's eight, 16-storey blocks will house a mix of one- to five-bedroom units - including 13 dual-key four-bedroom units - sized between 474 and 1,948 sq ft. The 23 penthouses are between 1, 873 and 3,391 sq ft.
Facilities include a tennis court, lap pool, jacuzzi, fun pool, two gyms and a cabana garden.
The development is around five minutes' walk to Pasir Ris Beach and across the road from Siglap Secondary School.
Park View Primary School, Meridian Primary School, Tampines Junior College and United World College are also within access.
The project is scheduled for completion in June 2020 with expected vacant possession from June 2017.
