One of the world's most prestigious luxury property shows, LPS Shanghai 2013, is back for a sixth time from 6 to 8 December at the five-star JC Mandarin in Nanjing West Road, Shanghai.

With over 100 media partners and sponsors, LPS Shanghai 2013 will be held in partnership with Shanghai Tang, Camus Cognac, Qatar Airways, Beneteau Yachts and Interior Design.

Featuring 80 exhibitors, the event will gather the most prestigious properties from more than 25 countries and once again welcomes some of the leading luxury real estate players like Savills, Colliers, Sotheby's International Realty, Alain Pinel, Re/Max and Harcourts.

Taking part for the first time are the countries of Latvia, Austria and The Bahamas.

“Year after year we see more and more countries joining our shows, reflecting the fact that Chinese property buyers are increasingly considering a wider range of countries as investment options,” said Olivier de Treglode, organiser of LPS Shanghai 2013.

“Australia, North America, Western Europe and South East Asia were the first regions to join our shows and they still remain favourite options for Chinese investors. However, we are now witnessing a growing interest from Chinese buyers toward new regions such as in Latin America, The Middle East and Eastern Europe. The leading real estate companies in these markets are now eager to enter the Chinese market and develop here,” he added.

Meanwhile, some of the most ambitious luxury developments in Greater China will also be showcased, particularly those from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sichuan, Jiangsu and Yunnan.

The exhibition is firmly established as the country's leading luxury property show, helping more than 25,000 Chinese buyers find their dream home not just in China but also across five continents.
