IAN Thorpe has sold off the last of his once-impressive property portfolio.
The Olympic swimmer is selling his Hollywood hills home which is being flogged by an agent as the property John Lennon once slept in.
Thorpe, who paid US$879,000 in 2006 for the two-bedroom hideaway, has listed the home for US$999,000.
The gold medallist has taken some time out from the property market scene since 2011.
Since entering the market, he has owned three valuable properties - two houses in NSW and one in Los Angeles.
The champion swimmer sold his Port Hacking waterfront home to former State of Origin coach Ricky Stuart for $2.65 million in 2012.
He also previously purchased a $710,000 Thirroul investment apartment which he sold for $655,000 in 2010.
The latest sale comes off the back of his personal finances taking a hit in the global financial crisis.

Thorpe also suffered cash flow problems in 2010 after abandoning lucrative sponsorship deals to focus on his university studies.
At the time, the super swimmer vowed to bounce back, streamlining his interests and vowing he wants to lead "a happy and simple life".
