SHANE Warne is getting serious about selling his Brighton mansion.
The Spin King's luxury, bayside house has been quietly on the market for almost a year, with several potential buyers shown through.
Early estimates put an expected price tag as high as $20 million, but it is now believed to be looking for a more modest $15 million.
Today confirming a sale is being sought real estate agent Jonathon Dixon revealed the impressive Brighton property will be advertised online in the near future.
"We are getting serious now about selling it,'' Mr Dixon said.
"We are doing some photography next week and getting it ready to be launched online.''
Mr Dixon said that Warne had been gauging interest in the property, but that it would now be seriously listed.
The property features a swimming pool emblazoned with the bowler's cricket number, 23, tennis courts, a 15-car underground carpark and paparazzi-proof fencing.
Kay & Burton real estate agent Stewart Lopez, who sold the property to Warne and ex-wife Simone Callahan in 2009 for almost $9 million, has previously noted that the cricket legend has made substantial improvements to the property.
The heritage-listed house gained notoriety after it became a love nest for Warne and his now fiance Elizabeth Hurley shortly after the couple's relationship was discovered.
The confirmation of the sale comes just over two months after another Australian cricket legend, Ricky Ponting, bought a nearby Brighton home.
