THE agent selling this six bedroom, architecturally-designed home at 18 Oradala Court, Salisbury Heights, says he has not come along anything remotely like it in his real-estate career.

"It's very much a high-end property and it's been designed with two separate wings," Mike Lao says of the 2009-built house.

"Most obviously it would suit a family with teenagers or extended family living.

"But it could also be used for something like a B&B - there's just about a bathroom to every bedroom."

A grand entry and the living areas - including a formal lounge and dining room, and an open-plan kitchen/ meals/family area - are at the centre of the house.

"The family/living area is just amazing," Mr Lao says.

"It has a high, pitched roof, with a window inside it for plenty of light.

"The colour scheme of the living spaces is eye-catching - the walls are a deep blue, almost a navy, offset with cream ceilings and doors.

''It's unusual, but also very elegant.''

Mr Lao says the kitchen is the best he's ever seen.

"You've got granite benchtops and granite splashback as well. There's also a walk-in pantry, with an alcove with space for two freezers or ovens,'' he says.

Mr Lao says the main bedroom is another striking feature of the home.

"It's been built in a hexagonal shape with picture windows and French doors leading outside,'' he says.

"There's plenty of light and space, and there's also a very large ensuite."

Additional features include a rumpus/games room in one wing, and a retreat in the other, as well as an in-ground pool.

Mr Laos says the house sits on a block of 3273sq m, with a 65m frontage.

"The house is horseshoe in shape. You enter down a grand driveway and turn via your own roundabout to a four-car garage,'' he says.

The property is being sold by tender and Mr Lao says interest has come from "top-end buyers".

Tenders close on Friday, June 21, and there is no price guide.

Inquiries: Mike Lao on 0401 390 250.
